The most effective long term has been Pilates. I do reformer Pilates at a studio 3x wk and it’s changed my body and my feelings about it so much.

I try really hard to keep an exercise schedule. It definitely hurts at first but then it helps make the pain more manageable overtime. My PT and I follow the book Living Life To The Fullest With EDS by Kevin Muldowny. Other than that I make sure not to overdue myself and take breaks. You really just have to find a healthy middle. Rest when you need it but not too much where you lose any progress you’ve made. It can be challenging and I fall off my schedule a lot though.
