Struggling with Mania and Alters

feeling very manic tonight which really sucks. my normal cycle is a week of stable, 2 days of manic, and the I spiral. but Ive been manic every few hours and then I spiral for a few hours. been happening the last few days now. my alters wanna come out. I can feel that something else is there though. something knocking on the door. but every time I try to focus in on it, it becomes cloudy. the energy it gives off is very feminine and nothing I've ever experienced coming from someone else.
