i’m feeling very hyper and restless and full of energy and an inability to stop talking and racing thoughts today, and i’m not entirely sure what’s causing it (it could be a few things) but i can’t calm down!!!! i think this is the first hypomanic episode i’m aware of at the time it’s happening
