Really work to recognize your earliest signs of pre-syncopy, sitting down when the really early signs showed up helped me long-term with the chronic pain and dizziness and brain fog. Don't skip leg day because movement in lower extremities makes circulation better and blood is less likely to pool in your feet. Compression socks and a salty diet definitely help along with boosting electrolytes like gurspaceport said. Also, nervous system regulation!!!!

Also, don't be afraid to ask your doctor questions. They're there to help.
Drink all the water!! And increase your salt intake. Invest in some compression socks (they make cute ones). Also drinks like Gatorade, Body Armor, and Liquid IV really help. It really depends on what you think tastes best. I would keep powdered versions of your favorite in your purse/backpack/car. Also caffeine can make it worse.
