So many hypothyroid patients are poorly medicated. First you need proper labs, then proper interpretation of those labs, then appropriate medication, and it has to be taken properly. One of my favorite medical quote, " if you hear hoofbeats look for horses, but don't forget the zebras!" Many hypothyroidism patients have concurrent adrenal dysfunction. If you have not checked out the website: https://stopthethyroidmadness.com/ OR https://hypothyroidmom.com/ You will find others like you, others that can point you in the right direction. There is help you have to fight for it. Sad but true.

Did you see the blood work results? Drs will tell you it OK even if numbers are barely below range. A nurse "friend" said once," They have to draw the line somewhere!!!" I was dumbfounded. If your Dr has a patient portal, open a portal up for yourself. You can read everything for yourself,if,ask for a copy of the report or,when you're in their office, ask to see results on screen. Federal law from 2020,If I'm correct in the year, says they have to give you any report you ask for.Cant refuse. The major hospital in my area posts bloodwork results as soon as it's ready.I love it but that's me.Queen of curiosity!!! It
