Dealing with Hypothyroidism: My Journey So Far

I was just going to say you are doing great to not need meds and must not have bad symptoms. Your levels are not that bad because when I stopped taking my meds I ended up in the hospital on psych watch. if you have been going this long u might not have those issues anymore .. needless to say this sucks and I pray we all find strength and some kind of help to this icky sickness !!

My main symptoms for not having a thyroid cold sensitivity (I'll even feel icy cold), lots of brain fog and fatigue, dry skin, and it's very hard for me to fall asleep.
