This happened to me recently too :/ all you can do is allow yourself to feel your feelings but know when it's time to focus on yourself and start to heal. Feel free to dm me if you want anyone to talk to :)

that's perfectly normal just remember to eat/sleep/drink water enough. Be sure to take care of your physical health too

make sure you're putting your physical health first (eating/drinking/sleeping enough) and remember it'll get easier each day ❤️

Don’t do anything out of spite. If you are going to change any aspect about yourself, do it for you. Distancing yourself from the dating scene for a bit will help you not turn someone into a rebound (because that will just end up hurting them). Focus on yourself for right now: Self love, good coping mechanisms, exercise/yoga, utilizing your support system. I am sorry about the circumstances, it’s probably hard to see a way out of this when you’re right in the thick of it.

Chocolate, Icecream, and stuffed animals help with my depression and anxiety. I can't sleep without a stuffed animal. Like yesterday I had a panic attack get worse without it. Smoking weed helps too.

Your current feelings are a testament to how much of your happiness may have depended on your relationship. I think this points to an opportunity of finding joy in other parts of your life: talking with old friends, trying new hobbies, traveling, catching up on self-care, etc.
