Im sorry about what happened to you and im going through the same thing rn its hard to go through something like this and push forward from this but the best advice i can give u is to focus on your self and focus on your mental health bc ive been in two relationships and now i cant think about myself without somebody in my life so just focus on your self and your mental health

I feel for you my dear, or can be hard when that happens. But you just have to focus on the good qualities that you DO have. Sometimes people don't work out and that's fine. You just have to stay strong for yourself because you ARE worth it.
