Dealing with Fibro Fog: Tips and Tricks

I was diagnosed with ADD (no hyperactivity) a few years before I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and I’m now thinking it could have been fibro fog this whole time!

Yes, I just had it tonight. I couldn't even cook dinner for my husband. I'm so frustrated. I just want a normal life

Lately its been constant, before i knew it was related to my fibromyalgia when i was younger i just felt dumb and insecure/ self conscious about it. Now I've told my boyfriend and close friends about it and i let them know when its bad and they have lots of patience with me which is so nice. I still feel embarrassed sometimes though. Its frustrating to feel like my brain is blue screening
