Struggling with Fibro-Fog

I am 68. I decided last year that I was going to take piano lessons for the first time in my life. I am doing this to help control the fog. I think it is working! Learning a musical instrument even if you are not good at it is very good brain therapy!

It really takes such a toll on my self esteem especially when others get frustrated with me… this morning my mom rolled her eyes at me because I asked her to not ask me a question while I was grabbing something. She doesn’t understand how difficult it is for me to just think.

I've been battling this so bad! I used to be the one who everyone in my family would ask where something was or to do something. I've completely lost my marbles
