Does anyone feel full when you barely ate anything all day. I feel full and i had some water and chip mix to take my medicine i skipped meals from being 'full'

Sometimes I feel that way too. I also suffer from IBS. This is probably related to the fact that our gut is not the calmest and most normal gut there is. Sometimes I can be very hungry and not be able to eat because I have diarrhea all the time and sometimes the complete opposite.
