I work my ass off everyday. My body is burnt out and I feel like no one understands and just keeps overworking me. My depression is getting bad and my brain is all foggy. Anyone have any suggestions
Honestly the best thing that I do is take a break from people. And I don't mean when you're at work, or school or whatever, but when you have free time, take ot for yourself for a while. Don't go out, don't go on social media, just let ot be you and you alone.
And you don't have to do it for a long time, just for a week or even a couple of days and see of it helps
