Ever since me and my ex broke up I've been in a major downward spiral. I had to move back to my home state after being away for 13 years. it's been 3 months and the loneliness is crushing me. I'm struggling to heal, especially with the fact that things are going so amazing for my ex. She destroyed me just so she could be with her ex who she is getting married to. She got to keep the dog and bearded dragons that we adopted together and I got nothing but a major relapse with my mental health. I don't know who I am or what to do to be okay.
