Set a timer for every hour or so, and each time it goes off put in the effort to try to eat something small. On really bad days I'll have things that make it feel like I'm not eating, like protein shakes, smoothies, coffee with protein powder mixed in, idk it kinda tricks my brain into thinking I'm just drinking

Whenever I don't feel hungry or have no motivation to eat, I make sure I'm stocked with snacks or eat to make meals that I can just grab. On the super bad days, I have to drink a Boost, which helps with getting me the nutrients I need to go on. Also, I sometimes set alarms for myself to eat, or every time I look at the fridge and I haven't eaten in a while or a decent amount, I go and grab something to munch on. I don't know if this helps, but it's what I do, even though I know different things work for different people.
