But generally, you could try petting animals, playing video games, watching movies, reading books, talking with and seeing family or a friend, eating chocolate (dark is better) or cheese, punching pillows, they're all distraction based methods. I wouldn't recommend facing the cause of your stress at this time, I'd wait for therapy for that so you have a good support network x
