      the best thing i have found is finding something or even a few things you really enjoy and can spend quality time on. when you find that, it can help take your mind off things and bring a little joy to your life. my therapist also taught me about radical acceptance and it has helped me a lot. i would recommend looking into it :) stay strong ♥︎

      Get a good prescription if you haven't already. Getting a good night's sleep, movement, eating 3 healthy meals, develop a good support group, therapy, doing something for peace and joy. Healing takes time; just do your realistic best. Kind wishes ❤️
