I've been experiencing high blood pressure hitting stroke level, I'm on medication for it now but almost out of meds and can't get a refill till my next appointment. but I don't have insurance. anyone have any ideas that could help lower my blood pressure? I'm getting terrible migraines, dizziness, chest pain and body aches every time it's high.

My doctor subscribed me blood pressure meds But I think I have white coat syndrome also So This is what I use to lower my pressure. 6 tablespoons of fresh lemon 6 tablespoons of fresh lime 5 Tablespoons s of grace a Maple syrup 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper 32 oz bottle of sams alkaline water. mix all together and drink atleast one full bottle per day and watch your pressure drop šŸ’• please let me know if it works for you and many others who has gotten off BP pills doing this daily It also gives you energy and helps curve your appetite. consistency is key. Hope this helps someone

Hey, I'm in a bit of a similar struggle right now. May I ask what BP meds you're on? When is your next appointment?
