      Grapefruit has has helped me to lower my BP and has helped the swelling in my ankles.. Best way to do it is to eat half a grapefruit 3 x a day. I even put salt on mine. I've been on alot of bp meds. Now able to keep it under control. I'm so happy it's working so well.. Been doing it a month now. Lemon,garlic,vinegar all help as well but grapefruit is the long lasting way.

      My mom and son had high blood pressure and I got them Cinnamon vitamins(the highest mg). This has worked wonders in a short time frame. Also vitamin D.

      Hibiscus Tea. It lowers blood pressure for real. The one in the tea bag not Starbucks. LOL.
