I went into therapy today to talk about my feelings and then my therapist explained to my parents my feelings.They are very mad at me now and think I’m crazy.This hurts me a lot and making me think things that I don’t wanna think

      If your therapist wasn’t concerned if you were a danger to yourself they absolutely shouldn’t have told your parents. Clearly violates HIPPA if you’re over 16. Remember, your first therapist may not be the best for you

      That’s a hippo violation and they can definitely be sued for that!! I would get a new therapist for sure

      where is your therapist located, if you don't mind? Have really been seeking good help, to no avail. Can be difficult to come by.
