Things I Discussed with My Therapist

things my therapist - i’m scared of my own opinion - i’m not forget full - i’m avoiding my problem - i don’t know how to predict my own family and friends reaction - he belittled me by telling me to over explain what i meant by everything and anyone - he also told me that it’s pointless of being perfect

That's not a good therapist. Their not there to belittle you, they're there to help you. And if they can't do one without another it's time for a change. You're not obligated to continue seeing him as a therapist, and you can search up therapists and leave reviews to warn others of his "strategy" people are like hands and therapists gloves, one size doesn't fit all, and you might have to ry a few before finding one that fits your needs. I understand there may be external circumstances preventing you from changing therapists, but it's important to not settle for someone who's obviously not helping. I had a similar experience with my first therapist and I'm always willing to chat if you need some advice (considering I've gone through about 6 or 7 therapist myself.)
