I was trying to sit and enjoy the silence just a little bit ago because it’s finally quiet in my apartment/neighborhood (which is very very rare), but then i started to get a ringing in my ears and pressure in my head/temples. I ended up having to turn my fan back on and it makes me so sad and confused as to why I’m unable to sit in silence without it being extremely uncomfortable physically :( anyone else get this?
