      I been taking it over 2 years and no pain in legs or any thing but my doctor has me on 5,000 things of b12 to go with it everyday I take 40mg of it every morning before I eat or drink anything

      It can make u low in b12 so take b12 pill with it no I don't really have any side effects my doctor making me take it every morning before I eat or drink anything

      Restless leg at night when tired Feel tired a few hours after I take it sometimes little Dizzy but could be sinuses I take an antidepressant for anxiety celexa some days I am ok but some days my stomach burns chest too my tongue seem to burn with slightest pepper or spicy anything anyone else have their tongue feel rough or burn
