Are my symptoms related to diet?

They may or may not be. From research I've done over the years, I've learned that different people have different triggers. My triggers are all nightshades. Tomatoes, okra, eggplant, peppers, spices made from peppers, tobacco, table sugar, stress and hormone changes.

Well mine, it's hard to say. Sometimes I get some flair up in summer, really bad, and painful. Other times in winter, when it's really cold.

@Betsy1120 same here. I used to never sweat. Had an endometrial ablation and that started hot flashes and LOTS of sweating. I had bad flairs from not sweating and they cleared some w the new ability to sweat but sweat can also be a trigger. Winter clothing or any clothes that hold in heat tend to be a problem for me as well.
