      Yup, family is the worst for me :( people who you tend to spend more time around start to trigger you more. Also, misophonia causes anger as a response to trigger sounds (as we all know so well) so I’ve noticed that if I dislike someone a lot, their noises will bother me much faster and much worse!

      That's actually normal. Unfortunately my mom is the worst. Sometimes just the way she talks gets me. Of course I can't tell her because that's just ridiculous, but her eating sounds also get me a lot. I usually have to talk a lot or something to distract myself or drown it out.
