I haven’t had any luck with anything, including my ablation surgery, although that was expected. I’m trying to avoid the lupron/orlissa situation too because I haven’t heard anything but complaints, although I don’t think it necessarily doesn’t work for anyone, I just don’t want to deal with the side effects or be put into menopause. That being said, I take kratom supplements to manage my pain, it’s the only decent pain killer I’ve found for my endo, and am looking forward to getting an excision surgery. My recommendation would be that, if possible and if you are comfortable with it, you find a surgeon and have an excision surgery, it has the lowest rate of recurrence and has the longest lasting results.

Birth control and pain killers
Birth control IUD and the pill. I’m doing the pill for now until my surgery in January. Since my husband and I want to try for a kid
