Hi! I know a ton of supplements you can try, dietary changes, and alternative medicine (primarily acupuncture). It depends very much on your goals and the severity of your endo. Feel free to DM me for more info!

I've had one endometrial ablation surgery that removed a significant amount of endometrial tissue. But my doctor told me that it's very likely that it will grow back. I have an IUD and I think it helps. I've had an IUD for many years and for a while my doctor also put me on oral birth control but I feel like that just messed with my mood and hormones more. And I agree with CherryBunny, heating pads are amazing.

So, I’ve had surgery, been on birth control continuously (no placebo pills) for years, and am currently on a year of Lupron! (I’m 27 for reference) For me, Lupron has been really helpful in reducing my pain while I’m on it. But long term: surgery and continuous birth control have probably done the most. As well as the hottest heating pad I can legally buy!

I've found that excision surgery is the quickest way for relief but there's always the chance it can grow back after. I've had three surgeries so far and I'm 26.

There is a surgery that you can get, but I personally have found that birth control has really helped me! I’ve been on it for 10 years and it’s really been a life saver.
