Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Bipolar Disorder: Co-Occurrence or Symptom?

It's really common for bipolar ppl to have comorbid anxiety disorders

I have both as well. I also have recently; over the past three years, developed social anxiety disorder which has made me working in my profession as a bartender impossible. Really struggling to find any work where I don’t have to interact with people
