Looking for Input on Dealing with Depression and Panic Attacks

Hi I have anxiety, depression, and possibly bipolar disorder. The other day my depression was acting up for the first time in a long time and I also had a panic attack. The medications I'm on have been very affective in combatting it and have been on them for around 3 months. If anyone has had that experience I'd love to hear your input

Yeah I have alot of those problems to I always have panic attacks when I wake up I take buspar cymbalta and trazodone I'm currently going through the side effect stage and it sucks if you'd ever like to talk feel free
