Short on Rent and Nowhere to Turn

I'm short on rent. Like really short on rent. Normally I have rent saved and then whatever I have to take from it gets paid back with paychecks throughout the month, only I haven't been able to work the last 2 weeks (unexpectedly). So I haven't been able to pay that money back. Now I have to ask either my sister (who is living off of money my grandparents gave for med school) or my parents. Both parties would be incredibly disappointed. Both parties are likely to say no. I don't know what to do. I have nowhere else to turn. No one else to ask. I know I put myself in this situation and I'll need help to get out of it. I could explain exactly where the money went but it would be the same level of disappointment as if I told them I spent it all on drugs and gambling. They will never understand that it was spent on bills I'm still behind on, gas, and food deliveries because I've been so depressed/overwhelmed that I havent unpacked (moved in April) and I have fruit flies so bad I can't go near my kitchen to even think about cooking. How do I ask? Is there some sort of assistance program I don't know about? What do I do?
