      It's a process and breaks aren't just valid they are needed. You're not a computer that can download info constantly. It takes years of working on yourself. As long as you don't quit you're moving forward.

      Sometimes the best I can do is just try to not get worse. I still develop new conditions and symptoms despite this, but I try not to get burnout from always seeking progress. I've learned it's not good to only spend your good days making up for what you haven't been able to do. It's a good opportunity to rest more and enjoy it. We deserve breaks from pushing through pain when we constantly have to endure it without a choice.
