Lately, I've been having nightmares almost every day for the last few months. I am getting more depressed and anxious. My sleep quality is becoming worse with each night. I'm also distancing myself from everyone and everything. My nightmares lately have been consisting of my boyfriend, and I am getting to the point where I am too anxious to ever say anything to him. I'm doubting our relationship more and more by these reoccurring nightmares. We are taking a break because of my mental health, and I feel as though I'll never get better and our relationship is not gonna work out... I'm unsure what to do.

I can definitely relate to the relationship problem. I just went through that myself. I ended up having to break up with him for good and I felt an extreme increase in mood.We had been on and off for years and as soon as we were together I felt the way you did and definitely had some problems feeling comfortable around him. I dont know if this helps in any way, but I thought sharing my experience could.

i can’t relate to the relationship issues, but i totally get the nightmare thing. i have a lot of bad/uncomfortable and unsettling dreams that seem to happen almost every night. i’m pretty sure it’s bc my anxiety has been so much worse lately. i wish i knew how to stop it and how to help you, but i don’t, i’m sorry. i’m here to talk if you want.
