I am suffering from PTSD. I have had a repetition of people who tried to rape me and who have sexually assaulted me. I would like to know if there was any way that I would be able to move on...

      Yes, honestly the only thing that has helped me with sexual trauma has been therapy. I reccomend it 100 and 10 percent!

      I see an EMDR therapist for my sexual trauma. I didn't think it would help that much but I really enjoy it

      Personally, I agree that therapy is the best way.. it is uncomfortable but that’s growth. It’s uncomfortable to move out of it but it’s so much more painful and uncomfortable being in a state of mind or a place you’ve outgrown.. just make sure you get a good therapist who is willing to take it at your pace💕 you’re not alone in this

        @Allie319 I really just don't like that there is a person who knows my name and has all this information about me. I rather the information to be disclosed and not have a way to spread to public with a name tag on it

          @Bizz that’s understandable bit remember that they have to be confidential with your importation. Maybe look around and try to find someone that matches what you’re looking for and need💕
