My fatigue and stress levels at the moment mean I'm not leaving the house and it's a huge effort to shower and eat - it's so frustrating! But when I push myself to do more it just makes it so much worse. Is this an extension of depression symptoms? I feel like it must relate to my depression/ptsd in some way, can anyone relate?

I’m sorry dude. I can definitely relate. I’m experiencing major loneliness from it as well.
