So following the holiday festivities I started my day today with negative spoons. My boyfriends mother had me do a cold plunge in the bath and holy moly I've never been in less pain! Warming up now with a weighted blanket, microwavable sloth, and a cup of tea and I feel amazing. First day in years my pain level is below a 4. If there's a facility near you or you have a bathtub I would 10/10 recommend
