hi new to this app suffering today with body cramps most of last night hands were in spasms ,very sore and clicking today lots walking sitting hurts .xx

      Hi and welcome to the app! When I'm experiencing severe cramps, I usually grab a heated blanket or heatable bean bag. The heat soothes my muscles and relaxes whatever hurts enough that I feel better. If that doesn't help, light exercise can help as well.

      Nice to get ideas at least. With these autoimmune things, many treatments work across many conditions. I assume its because so many conditions cross symptoms. I think the root cause of many of my physical symptoms is because my lymphatic system is still flaring (breast cancer and the mastectomy). 3 years of occupational therapy. Myofascia release works great short term but $300/visit after insurance. She taught me "sliding cupping". Works much like massage but i can do myself. Silicone cups available online. She/i use the bell shape vs mushroom shaped ones. It even helped somewhat for my sciatica. It's a $15 experiment. And similar to heated blanket, maybe just a weighted blanket. I hate, but my sister loves hers. It's just another relatively cheap trial.

        @SillyGooseGoose thank u I will have to look at getting a heated blanket I have a heat beanbag but would not work for whole body lol
