Therapy. Or inpatient. Professional help can go a long way. I had a wonderful inpatient experience and recommend it to anyone feeling this way. Go to your local Health & Human Services or Emergency Department and tell them how you feel. Suicidal thoughts will be taken seriously in these places and they will do their best to help you. Things will get better. ❣️
