I’m a athlete with both Bullimia and Anorexia and I’ve found that I’m not eating enough calories or protein to be healthy but at the same time I’m scared I’ll end up binging again, any advice y’all have?
I’m not an athlete but I do workout quite a bit and also struggle with bulimia. But just think, in order to rebuild your muscles so you can continue to perform your best, you need enough caloric intake and protein. I’ve found that drinking OWYN’s plantbased protein shakes for breakfast or lunches have helped me a lot as it satisfies my cravings but fills me up for hours they make a 20g and 35g shake or powder! I’m not saying only drink protein shakes I’m just saying those have helped me get the nutrients I need post workout or if I don’t have time to make a salad for lunch without feeling guilty.
