Looking for IBD-friendly protein drink recommendations

Does anyone with IBD have success with protein drinks, and if yes what kind? I have a really hard time getting enough calories in so I love protein drinks but even the dairy free ones can put me into a flare

Have always had a rough time with protein drinks. For calories though you could try some of the meal replacement shakes like Ensure or others!

Owyn is a vegan plant-based protein drink! Doesn’t upset my stomach and is pretty natural

Protein drinks work for me if I get the non dairy options. I drink muscle milk.

I personally love making my own smoothie bowls. I have trouble digesting fresh fruit so the frozen fruit blended with protein at least tastes good too (I use yogurt with protein and flax milk to help with this and for texture! Kate hill helps me when I couldn’t get down much food at all. They’re only 8oz and can pack 250-500 or so calories per drink. So a little can go along way without just filling extra space in your stomach. Tasty too! I even get the pediatric one if I just need a little boost. OWYN brand has a wonderful variety of flavors in meal replacement and protein drinks! Love love those! Protein powder brands that I can whole heartedly recommend as someone who feels like she can’t digest hardly a thing very easily: #1 recommend Tropeaka (the one with Sarah’s Day - cookie dough - is my favorite! She made it with even severe digestive issues in mind), Nuzest and Naked Harvest!

*I meant Kate Farms. I always mix the kite hill dips + spreads brand with Kate Farms liquid supplements 😂 💕

Eat red meat! Plenty of protein and extremely nutrient dense
