I would take things slowly… start by calling or checking in with your friends, maybe explain what you went through if you feel comfortable… then, maybe go run some errands… a day at a time:) 🙏
I’m a list person, so when this happens to me I make a list of things I want to accomplish throughout the day. I usually start small with only 1 or 2 items on it, like make the bed or wash the dishes. I like to be able to cross the items off my list when I’m done, it gives me a sense of accomplishment, which usually gives me the motivation to do more. I also reach out to one of my friends & let them know what I’m going through for a little moral support.
