      Not sure if you take medication but if not i highly recommend 5HTP its a natural supplement and works really well. It makes you calm so it lessens stress but also gives you a sort of high i guess that makes you happier. Something to do with serotonin in the brain. I also recommend looking up tips for depression on social media from therapists, psychologists etc. especially if you’re not already in therapy. ❤️ 🙏

      I’ve been trying to keep a routine recently of all the really basic things I need to do everyday & kept a checklist of it. It has been helpful in keeping my mood up a bit! It includes nice things as well like doing skincare and spending time with my boyfriend so its not all focusing on hygiene and all the normal struggles with makes it a bit more fun :) Hope you’re doing ok & your low moods subside soon!

      I saw this advice somewhere, and it really helped me: if something is worth doing, it's worth doing poorly. If you don't feel like you can take a shower, wash your face. Brushing your teeth for 30 seconds is better than not brushing at all. If you don't have the energy to work out, do some simple stretches or a little yoga. Cuddling my animals is also very helpful, as well as doing things that require a lot of precision/attention to detail (such as arts & crafts).

      Coloring and self care days really helped me! Idk if you’re into makeup but on days where I really felt like shit a little makeup changed my whole day, even if you fake it till you make ut
