Struggling to eat after stomach bug

So, I think this may be a bit of both!! Personally, when I’m in shutdown after an illness, I can’t think of anything worse than food so my brain tends to shut off. For example, if I’m starving hungry and someone mentions chicken, my brain shuts itself off and I’m no longer hungry as I had the beginnings of a stomach bug and bcs I had chicken and it made me throw up, I can no longer eat chicken! Does any of this make sense?? I’m currently in a shutdown so I apologise if none of this makes sense. Basically, what I’m trying to say is that it might be both your autism and healing from a stomach bug 😅
