Coping with ARFID: Seeking Advice
Does anyone else have ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)? I’ve always known I’ve had issues with food, but never related to the more well known eating disorders (ie: anorexia, bulimia, etc) And if you do also experience this disorder: how you you cope?
