Struggling with TieTze's Syndrome: Seeking Advice
Hi there! You can call me Aris. I have been struggling with TieTze’s for quite a few years. I’m just looking for some advice, and to see if others have the same symptoms as me. When I was first diagnosed, my doctor said it would go away…..that was about five years ago. I guess my first question is, Is it normal for this to be a chronic illness? TIA everyone!

Chest Pain in the Cold: Coping with Costochondritis
so I have costochondritis related to post-covid syndrome. not exactly Tietze but this is where alike has put me, haha does anyone else's chest pain get worse in the cold? it's been below 0 F in my area and even though I'm limiting my time outside my chest pain is worse than it's been in months. trying to use my topical NSAID more has helped but any other ideas?
