Coping with Anxiety, Depression and a Baby

I had Depression and Anxiety before I had my child, and for a while after he was born, everything was better. My anxiety stayed with me, but recently has gotten worse and brought my depression with it. Any suggestions on how to cope with Anxiety, Depression and a baby? Oh and it's just my baby and I at home.

So I'm a STAHM and I hardly have friends anymore. I had a falling out with some friends, and now I'm having a hard time with my depression and Bipolar because I'm alone so much it drives me nuts. Would anyone be willing to be friends with me? is there anyone in my area? i live in the DFW area
