I'm still going through it, but I'm in a much better place than I was 2 weeks ago. I went to my obgyn and was very, very honest about how badly I was struggling and they put me on Zoloft. I can honestly say it's been helping me quite a bit. I can get through the day without crying and feeling absolutely miserable now. From what my doctor told me, once I've been taking it for an entire month it will be fully built up in my body and I should feel much better. So I'd definitely recommend going to see your doctor, there's no shame in needing help. Therapy is helpful too, ask your doctor for a good recommendation. It'll get better!
