Constant Muscle Cramps - Seeking Advice
Lately I am cramping like Charlie horse cramps everywhere. Last appt my potassium was 3.4 which is right on the edge of being low. I get these cramps in my stomach, shoulders, calves, feet, and hands. She has me on a daily dose of potassium so I don't know what else could be causing it. It's stressful. If I move the wrong way bending my stomach cramps up, or the top of my shoulder! Any thoughts?
