does anyone else get randomly freaked out that you might be having a stroke, heart attack, sezuire ect.? or am I crazy ! I apologize for all the post 🤦‍♀️ I'm on a steroid pack for a viral infection and I read one of the side effects is " jittery" also " heightened anxiety so that probably isn't helping 💁‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Struggling with Seasonal Affective Disorder

I have been really struggling with seasonal affective disorder this year. I wake up and feel so depressed with no reason. My life is actually really amazing: great job, amazing boyfriend, perfect family and friends. I just can’t shake this unhappiness. I know it’s only for this season, but I’m really struggling to get through it. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how do you get yourself through it??

Hi Just a reminder as the days are getting shorter, that for those of you who have Seasonal Affective Disorder, it's approaching time to begin winter treatments. I find that light therapy works well, and is a solid investment. It may seem like an ordeal to get up 15 minutes before sunrise, especially in winter, but trust me that it's absolutely 100% with it. Finding a doctor who is willing to prescribe Wellbutrin (bupoprion) is also a good idea.
