New to Alike, under a lot of stress right now. May be facing a hysterectomy.

Alternatives to Hysterectomy for Complex Hyperplasia

I cannot use hormones and have gone from simple to complex hyperplasia in less than 5 years. I'm 39, no kids, two OBYGNs want me to get a hysterectomy. any coping things I can do against my biological clock?.

Seeking Advice on Endometrial Polyp Removal

Hi yall. I had a endometrial polyp removed in April this year. I have been bleeding ever since along with having my period with it as well. my Obgyn prescribed me medroxyprogesterone to heal the lining of the uterus wall and Tranexamic to help stop the clots and lighten my period/ stop bleeding. Apparently they haven't been working. I have told my obgyn about it and he suggested that the next step may be a hysterectomy. Has anyone gone to there PCP for a second option before agreeing to do a hysterectomy. I'm only 35 and with having a hyperplasia a ablation won't work.

What to Expect from a Hysteroscopy & D&C Procedure for Endometrial Hyperplasia?

I have complex endometrial hyperplasia without Atypia. I’m getting a Hysteroscopy & D&C procedure tomorrow/ been bleeding for 3 weeks now and want to know what to expect from this procedure? I hope it will work. Anyone else gone through this? I’m also on Medroxyprogesterone as well.
