Looking for natural heartburn remedies

hi this is my first time on here I was wondering if anyone has any good home remedies to help with the chronic heartburn I experience everyday . I've had upper and lower gi s find and all they found is one polyp which they removed it was noncancerous luckily they told me my gall bladder was full of stones said since it was causing me any problems at the moment they were going to let it be I wonder if it could have something to do with the heartburn I experience if I don't take that pill everyday my life is miserable I have woken up from a sound sleep even and thrown up all over because of it that only happens like once a year or so but it's that bad sometimes . I'm afraid the pills are going to make my kidneys go out on me since taking Prilosec ruined my deceased partners kidneys do I'd like to find a natural way to relieve the heartburn and do away with the pills. Any advice is gladly excepted! thanks

Uncomfortable Chest Pain for 3 Days

For the past 3 days now I have had a very dull but uncomfortable pain in the left side of my chest, arm, armpit, back, and even my throat. These symptoms have left me with quite a few scares recently and have caused me to lose sleep over. I don’t regularly get that much sleep and the only know condition I have is Acid Reflux. I’m not sure what this is and I just need help understanding. I am 19 years old.
