Uncomfortable Chest Pain for 3 Days

For the past 3 days now I have had a very dull but uncomfortable pain in the left side of my chest, arm, armpit, back, and even my throat. These symptoms have left me with quite a few scares recently and have caused me to lose sleep over. I don’t regularly get that much sleep and the only know condition I have is Acid Reflux. I’m not sure what this is and I just need help understanding. I am 19 years old.

Did you go get checked out by a Dr yet ? Are you still having these symptoms ?

I have severe chronic heartburn and acid reflux but no symptoms like that

Those sound like symptoms of a heart attack it stoke my dear at your young age that's hard to imagine but possible I suppose you should go see your Dr would be my suggestion I don't mean to scare you but that's what came to my mind when I read that .
